meet Joe

Joe Sikoryak
Creative director Sikoryak founded designWELL in 1997 after more than a decade in corporate publishing and software development. With experience in both the visual arts and journalism, as designer and editor, he knows how to balance words with pictures. Several years managing large art departments—not to mention directing a few short films on the side—has taught him some valuable lessons about collaborating with others.

He's worked as a pre-press & ad traffic manager, writer, illustrator, and of course, art director. With a career spanning many media—including print, the web and animation—Joe brings a rich approach to every project.
